By accessing the website at securastra.com, using the Interactive Perimeter Diagnostics Dashboard, or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
2. Scope of Online Diagnostic Scanner
Securastra provides a public Perimeter DNS & SSL Health Scanner (the "Scanner") on our website.
- Authorized Use: You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit authorization to scan any domain name you enter into the Scanner. Scanning third-party domains without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Scan Scope: The Scanner queries publicly available DNS records (A, MX, TXT) and public SSL certificate chains using external DoH APIs. It does not conduct active port testing, intrusion attempts, vulnerability exploits, or payload injections.
- Disclaimer of Liability: The Scanner results are provided for educational and baseline check purposes. They do not constitute a complete security clearance. Securastra is not liable for any security breaches occurring on systems scanned using this free online tool.
3. Audit Requests & Subscription Services
When requesting a "Free 24-Hr Audit" or purchasing subscription plans (Essential, Advanced, Enterprise):
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration and contact information.
- Subscription prices listed on this website are subject to taxes (including GST) applicable in Noida & Uttar Pradesh.
- Detailed service scope, response time SLAs, and liability caps for commercial pentesting and Incident Response are governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Securastra and the client.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, custom graphics, dashboards, CSS layouts, code templates, blog articles, and brand marks (including "Securastra" logos and the "Bank-Grade Protection for Small Business" tagline) are the exclusive intellectual property of Securastra Cybersecurity Services Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our assets without our written consent.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
